TRADITIONS AND FLAVOURS
Set into a historical frame and a landscape of times gone by, you will be able to taste the flavours and traditions tied to the peasant mantained unchanged until today.
Two itineraries bound to flavours and to the territory will guide you towards the discovery of typical sensations of our region starting from the origins of our company and covering the whole story of our farm made of paesant life, nobility, hunting and agricultural innovation.
Visits and tastings will take place by booking in advance and for a minimum of 10 partecipants.
Landscapes and tasting
A complete itinerary that starts with a visit to the area dedicated to paesant history “Yesterday’s life”, the old wine cellar, the store where the olive oil jars has been kept and the subterraneans. The tour proceeds by visiting the Villa of the 1400, the Oratory of the Visitation and its frescos. The visit of the Ginoriana, the centre of the farm with the wine cellar and the olive oil mill, will complete the tour and it will be possible to taste the products of the farm and the territory.
DURATION: approximately 3 hours.
Traditional flavours
A short itinerary that will show the participants the context of the farm with a visit to the olive oil mill and the wine cellar explaining how evolution mantained intact the quality of the products. The visit will be completed with a tasting of the products of the farm and the territory.
