In 2018, Tenuta di Collina installed a new mill at its Ginoriana premises. The mill is of the two-phase type with four independent temperature controlled kneaders.
The new plant allows an optimal processing of the olives, reducing the contact of the product with the air and guaranteeing the unchanged maintenance of the main organoleptic qualities of the oil.
The mill can work from small batches (minimum 2 quintals) up to large quantities of olives, the pressing of customers is guaranteed by highly qualified personnel. The premises, procedures and extraction system guarantee maximum performance in terms of quality, always ensuring the customer can taste the oil obtained exclusively from his own olives.
