A total of 480 hectares, 60 hectares of olive groves, 16.000 plants, 6 hectares of vineyard. Pine and oak forests. Lines of cypresses. A historic farm on the florentine hills.

Wine, honey, grappa and vegetables. Biomass, firewood and pomace from olive trees. But also a lot of products of the territory, which in a radius of 5 kms, are able to combine taste and tradition.
